At Bluegrass Bounce House, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures flexibility while allowing us to provide the best service to all our customers.

Standard Cancellations

• 7 Days or More Before the Event – Customers may cancel their reservation and receive a full refund of their deposit.
• Within 7 Days of the Event – Customers may either:
  • Receive a rain check (credit) for a future rental, valid for up to 12 months.
  • Forfeit their deposit if they choose not to reschedule.

Weather-Related Cancellations

• Safety is Our Priority. If inclement weather (rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions) is forecasted within 24 hours of the event, customers may:
  • Reschedule for a future date (rain check valid for 12 months).
  • Receive a full refund of their deposit.

We monitor weather conditions closely and will work with you to make the best decision regarding your rental.
